Who/What're some of your influences?
My family is definately my strongest influence, and not just because they have been around all my life but because they live there lives in a very concience way and are very supportive and positive people to every one in there lives. next would be all my brothers friends who showed me how to push this wheelie board around and thenall the kids that i grew up skating and running wild with as a youth
Favorite time period in skating ?
Definately when I first started in 94/95 when it was all so new too me and as I have gotten older I like that time period because it was in a time when skaters werent such pariah and they werent wearing crazy colors or stove pipe pants to get attention, it was before the rockstar days and it was probably one of the mellowest period that I have seen, and jamie, penny and muska in there prime nothing was better
What's on the Ipod ?
Everything from emmylou harris to dre dog, I love music and I cant pin it down to one type but i have a soft spot for old folk/country and early rock and roll
What takes up your time outside of skateboarding?
I drink alot of coffee I paint a little read a little drink probably too much.... I have been trying to find some new hobbies, I just got a van and have been wanting to go hiking, marin county aint that far and it is beautiful country over there
What's a typical day in the life?
Wake up go get some "phils coffee" on 24th and folsom call up some peeps see whats going down, go skate, go home at dark be bored for a couple hours than go lurk in a dark corner at the bar and not speak to any strangers
Pet peeves?
People....well atleast the stupid ones, I was in wal-mart/fred myers/target i forget which one but I was walking around looking at all the plastic crap that people buy and put in there homes, and since there hundreds of these chainstores that sell all the same crap there are literaly thousand of brainwashed people who think that they need these crappy plastic products.... disgusting
Why do you still skate?
Because I am addicted to it, ever since I was a kid I created a world that is solely based on that piece of wood and now I wish that I would have divided my time with other activities so I wouldnt be so damn obscesed. I want to look out the window at the scenery and go "wow look at those trees instead" of "wow look at that double set". well maybe I dont but I dont know

"Inhabitants" is the new habitat vid we are working on and it may give "toebock 2006" some fierce competition for best vid of the decade, YOU DECIDE..................
